Beschrijving voorzijde The obverse depicts a male figure in traditional Lithuanian folk costume, arms outstretched and holding bundles of straw or reeds in each hand, rendered in high relief against a plain field. The figure is shown in a frontal stance, evoking the festive character associated with the Užgavėnės celebration. The denomination '1,50€' appears to the left of the figure in the field, while the country name 'LIETUVA' is inscribed in a vertical legend along the left rim and the year '2019' is positioned along the lower right rim. The mint mark 'LMK' and fineness designation 'F' are present in the lettering. The overall design is executed in a folk-art style consistent with Lithuanian numismatic tradition.

Beschrijving keerzijde The reverse features a centrally positioned straw effigy — the traditional Morė figure of the Užgavėnės festival — rendered in high relief with arms extended horizontally, dominating the field. Surrounding the effigy are multiple figures of costumed revelers and masked characters in animated poses, illustrating the folk festivities of the Lithuanian Shrovetide celebration. The inscription 'UŽGAVĖNĖS' arcs prominently along the upper rim, while the phrase 'ŽIEMA ŽIEMA BĖK IŠ KIEMO!' — meaning 'Winter, winter, run from our yard!' — curves along the lower portion of the field and rim. The composition is executed in a lively, folk-art inspired style with fine detail in the figural groupings. The plain inner field between the figures provides contrast to the densely decorated scene.
