| 正面描述 | Crowned Spanish-style shield bearing the bipartite coat of arms of the City of Zürich — per fess azure and argent — with a displayed imperial eagle facing left positioned above the shield. The heraldic composition is centrally placed within the field, surrounded by the circular legend. The engraving style is characteristic of early seventeenth-century Swiss municipal coinage. |

Zürich's one-and-a-half ducat denomination was never a workhorse of commerce — fractional multiples in gold at this weight were produced in small numbers for presentation purposes, gift-giving among the patrician class, and diplomatic exchange. The city-state's mint in the early seventeenth century operated under tight council oversight, and special strikings of this type rarely appear in the standard reference frameworks, which explains the unlisted status across HMZ, Fr., and KM.
The Hürlimann and Divo/Tobler attributions remain the most reliable anchors for this piece.
