| Obverse description | Right-facing bust of Emperor Wilhelm II in high relief, wearing a fur-trimmed mantle and a decorative order at the chest. The circular legend GUILELMUS II IMPERATOR GERMANIAE runs along the upper rim, with the motto PRO GLORIA ET PATRIA in the field to either side of the effigy. The maker's signature MOD. R. MAYER FEC. B. H. MAYER PFORZHEIM appears in small lettering at the lower truncation. |
