| Opis rewersu | The upper portion of the reverse features a detailed allegorical scene in high relief depicting a large group of figures, some draped and some nude, gathered around a central fountain or water trough, pouring water from jars and vessels to irrigate the roots of a bare tree whose trunk extends downward through the centre of the medal. The lower field bears the principal inscription in large incuse letters, with the maker's signature and sculptor's name in small letters at the bottom. |
