No central bank named "Banco Central Galapagos" or "Islands Central Bank" exists. The Galápagos Islands are Ecuadorian territory; Ecuador abandoned the sucre entirely in 2000 when it dollarized, and no successor currency — nuevos sucres or otherwise — has been issued by any recognized authority. A 2021 polymer note denominated in nuevos sucres from this issuer is not a genuine circulating banknote. It is almost certainly a novelty, fantasy, or souvenir item with no monetary status.
