Beschrijving keerzijde	A detailed sculptural representation of the Happy Mother (Baxtli Ona) monument of Tashkent occupies the central field, depicting a seated draped female figure holding an infant child, mounted upon a stepped rectangular pedestal. The legend 'TOSHKENT SHAHRINING' arcs along the upper periphery, and the inscription '2200 YILLIGI' is placed in the lower field beneath the monument, commemorating the 2200th anniversary of the city of Tashkent. The design is executed in high relief against a polished mirror field, characteristic of proof coinage.
