Reverse description The central field bears a rectangular full-color inset stamp depicting three Moorish idol fish (Zanclus cornutus) rendered in vibrant yellow, black, and white stripes, swimming amid a vivid coral reef scene with multicolored corals and sea vegetation against a deep blue aquatic background. Two raised dot ornaments flank the stamp at the mid-field. The encircling legend, arranged in two arcs, reads MARINE LIFE in the upper field and OF THE OCEANS in the lower field, separated by small raised dots. The design is set on a polished proof field.
