| Obverse description | The Ugandan coat of arms occupies the central field, featuring a shield supported by a Uganda kob (antelope) to the left and a grey crowned crane to the right, with crossed spears behind the shield and a rising sun at its centre. A scroll below the shield bears the national motto in the legend.
