| Obverse description | The obverse features the coat of arms of Uganda centered in the field, displaying a shield supported by a Uganda kob (antelope) to the left and a grey crowned crane to the right, with a crossed spear and arrow behind the shield. A ribbon scroll at the base of the arms bears the national motto.
