| Obverse description | Central field features the coat of arms of Nepal, depicting the silhouette of Mount Everest above a stylised representation of the national flag outline, surrounded by a decorative geometric border with Devanagari script characters at the four cardinal positions. The legend 'नेपाल' (Nepal) appears in Devanagari at the top of the central cartouche, with 'NEPAL' inscribed in Latin characters below the mountain motif. The Bikram Sambat date '२०७४' (2074) is divided and placed at the lower portion of the central design. The entire composition is enclosed within a beaded outer border. |
