正面描述	Printed in dark red-brown on a pale pink guilloche underprint, the obverse centres on the Soviet state arms flanked by large ornate Cyrillic denomination text «ТЫСЯЧА РУБЛЕЙ» with the numeral «1000» set within decorative cartouches at either side. An elaborate foliate border frames the entire composition, with the year «1923» integrated into the upper and lower ornamental bands.
