Obverse description	The obverse centres on a multicolour intaglio vignette of the Roman amphitheatre of Bosra set against a green and olive guilloche underprint, with a geometric Islamic star ornament in teal, pink and yellow at left beside a gold metallic star-shaped security patch. Denomination numerals '١٠٠٠' appear in Arabic-Indic script at upper right and lower left, with the issuing authority's name in Arabic at top centre.
