| 正面描述 | Intricate guilloche underprint in brown and pink tones frames the central field, with the denomination 'MIL PESETAS' in large letterpress type at centre. The issuing authority title arches across the upper register above the bearer clause, with date 'BURGOS, 20 DE MAYO, DE 1938' and three signature lines below. A faint coat of arms watermark ghost is visible in the underprint. |

| 备注 |
The 1938 Nationalist 1000 Pesetas was issued by the Banco de España operating out of Burgos — the seat of Franco's provisional government — not Madrid, which remained under Republican control at the time of issue. The FNMT printed this series once Nationalist forces secured the capital in March 1939, but the notes carry the 1938 date regardless. That backdating was a deliberate administrative choice to assert continuity with pre-war banking authority.
This example is a replica. Genuine P#114 notes are scarce in high grade due to heavy wartime circulation and subsequent demonetization pressure once the conflict ended.
