Reverse description Printed in orange, the reverse presents a vignette of the central Banco de España building set as the dominant architectural motif, flanked on either side by allegorical female figures — one holding a sickle and the other wearing a winged helmet and carrying a caduceus, emblematic of agriculture and commerce respectively. The composition is framed by ornamental borders consistent with the engraving style of the issue.
