正面描述	Brown letterpress note with a fine guilloche underprint across the entire field, enclosed by a decorative border. The denomination "Tausend Mark" is set in large Fraktur blackletter at centre, surmounted by the issuer title "Kreis Moers". A circular official seal of the Landrat des Kreises Moers appears at lower right, alongside a manuscript signature above the dated text of 16 Oktober 1922.
正面铭文	N° 047148 Kreis Moers Tausend Mark zahlen sämtliche Kassen des Kreiskommunalverbandes Moers und der Städte und Gemeinden im Kreise Moers während der Umlaufszeit sowie innerhalb 6 Monaten nach erfolgter öffent- licher Aufkündigung in den im Kreise erscheinenden Zeitungen. Der Landrat: Moers, den 16. Oktober 1922. Ausgefertigt mit Genehmigung des Reichsfinanzministeriums.
背面描述	Brown note with a central vignette of the Dom zu Xanten cathedral set within a radiating guilloche underprint. Four heraldic shields occupy the corners, with two bearing crossed keys and two a horse's head device. The denomination "Tausend Mark" in Fraktur blackletter and the issuer legend "Kreis Moers" are overprinted at centre; the numeral "1000" appears vertically at left. Inscriptions around the vignette reference the Rheinisches Kulturdenkmal.
