背面描述 Central design depicts a stylised representation of the cover of the Ruhnama, the spiritual and philosophical book authored by President Saparmurat Türkmenbaşy, rendered in high relief within a rectangular frame with a textured border. A right-facing profile portrait of Türkmenbaşy appears in the upper portion of the book cover, with the inscriptions SAPARMYRAT TÜRKMENBAŞY above and RUHNAMA in large letters below the portrait. A small double-headed eagle emblem is positioned at the foot of the book cover. Radiating diagonal lines fill the field surrounding the central motif, creating a sunburst effect. The denomination 1000 manat is inscribed in the lower exergue.

附加信息

The Ruhnama — literally "Book of the Soul" — was written by Saparmurat Niyazov, Turkmenistan's president-for-life who styled himself Turkmenbashi, "Father of all Turkmen." He made it compulsory reading in schools, workplaces, and mosques, and declared that reading it three times would guarantee entry into paradise. Passing a driving test required knowledge of its contents. This coin was issued the year Niyazov died in office, making it an inadvertent memorial to one of the more extravagant personality cults of the post-Soviet period.
