| Reverse lettering | POSOJILO SVOBODE SNOO razpisuje posojilo svobode pod sledečimi pogoji: 1. Višina posojila svobode znaša 20,000.000 Din. 2. Za to posojilo jamči SNOO ter prevzame za isto jamstvo po osvoboditvi vsa davčna moč prebivalstva na celokupnem bodočem slovenskem ozemlju. 3. Posojilo se obrestuje po 5% letno in so obresti oproščene vseh sedanjih in bodočih davkov in pristojbin. Prvi obrok obresti se izplača po osvoboditvi. Tozadevne modalitete se predpišejo naknadno. 4. Vplačuje se posojilo svobode v Lit in sicer po tečaju 380 Lit za 1000 Din. Vpis posojila se vrši v najmanjšem znesku 100 Lit in se stopnjuje do poljubne višine. 5.
