At upper centre the denomination 1000 appears in the top panel, repeated at all four corners, while the central text block details the bond terms: a capital of 1000 leva, 3% interest of 60 leva, and a total redemption value of 1060 leva, with maturity date of 5 July 1946. Two manuscript signatures appear at foot, those of the Chief Director of State Debts at left and the Minister of Finance at right, below which the issue date Sofia, 5 July 1944 is printed. |

Below this, a large tabular interest-accrual schedule headed СТОЙНОСТ (Value) sets out the redemption values at 3% annual interest payable on the 5th, 15th, and 25th of each month from July 1944 through July 1946.
