| Obverse description | Central field features the full-color coat of arms of Kaliningrad Oblast, depicting a blue heraldic shield bearing a stylized white ship's sail with a smaller inset escutcheon in red and green displaying a crown and cross — elements derived from the historic Königsberg civic arms. A row of golden dots appears along the lower portion of the shield.
