Beschrijving keerzijde A finely detailed high-relief depiction of a birch tree branch in spring fills the upper portion of the field, with engraved silver leaves, hanging catkins, and the characteristic textured bark of a birch trunk rendered along the left side. Two spring birch leaves crafted from vivid translucent green Bohemian art glass are affixed to the branch as applied insets, their amber-tipped stems and engraved venation rendered with exceptional naturalistic detail. The date 2017 appears incused vertically along the left margin beside the trunk. The word for birch in four languages — 樺木 (Chinese), BIRKE (German), BERŽAS (Lithuanian), and BĒRZI (Latvian) — is inscribed in a horizontal legend along the lower field.

Aanvullende informatie

Guinea's nature-themed coinage of the 2010s was produced almost entirely for the European collector market, with virtually no connection to domestic circulation or monetary policy in Conakry. The "Birch Leaf in Spring" belongs to a series of botanically detailed issues struck by European mints on contract — most likely the Czech or Polish private minting sector, which dominated this niche during the period.

KM#67 sees limited secondary market depth, with auction appearances concentrated among thematic natural history collectors rather than Guinea specialists.
