Reverse description High-relief antique-finish depiction of Dionysus, the Greek god of wine, shown as a youthful, muscular male figure facing left in three-quarter view. He is crowned with a wreath of vine leaves and grape clusters, his long flowing hair adorned with foliage. In his right hand he cradles a selectively gilt two-handled kylix (wine cup) with a decorated frieze, rendered in full gilding to create a striking contrast against the matte silver field. His left hand supports a thyrsos — a fennel staff entwined with grapevines and bunches of grapes — draped over his shoulder. To his left, a leopard, the god's sacred animal, gazes outward in full relief. The background features a classical palmette and scrollwork motif framed by the Greek meander border. The legend DIONYSUS is inscribed in large letters along the lower arc of the field, flanked by ivy leaf motifs.
