| Obverse description | The national coat of arms of Togo occupies the central field, featuring two rampant lions flanking a shield bearing the monogram 'RT' (République Togolaise), surmounted by two crossed national flags with scrolls inscribed TRAVAIL and PATRIE, and a central ribbon inscribed LIBERTÉ.
