| Reverse description | A finely detailed relief depiction of the Pristis microdon (largetooth sawfish), an endangered elasmobranch, occupies the central field, shown in lateral profile with its distinctive elongated rostrum extending to the left and prominent dorsal fins clearly rendered. Several smaller fish are scattered throughout the field above and below the sawfish, suggesting an aquatic environment. The species name 'PRISTIS MICRODON' arcs along the upper legend, while the French inscription 'LE MONDE ANIMAL EN PERIL' curves along the lower periphery.
