| Obverse description | The Togolese coat of arms occupies the central field, featuring two rampant lions as supporters flanking a central shield bearing the monogram 'RT' within an octagonal frame. Above the shield, two national flags are displayed in saltire, each charged with a white star, and surmounted by three scrolled banners inscribed TRAVAIL, LIBERTE, and PATRIE.
