| Obverse description | The national coat of arms of Togo occupies the central field, depicting two rampant lions flanking a shield bearing the initials 'RT' (République Togolaise), surmounted by two crossed national flags with scrolls inscribed TRAVAIL, LIBERTE, and PATRIE.
