"Deutsche Parkbank" has no existence in German banking history, and "Eros" as a denomination unit has no monetary precedent in any European currency system. These were produced — likely in the late 20th or early 21st century — as novelty or gift items, sometimes sold at kiosks and tourist shops across German-speaking countries.
No collector premium attaches to the issuer. The interest, if any, is purely sociological.
