| Beschrijving voorzijde | The obverse displays a full-color reproduction of a traditional Armenian Eagle Carpet centered within a rectangular silver field with rounded corners. The carpet, rendered in rich polychrome hues of red, cream, and dark green, features a bold central medallion composed of stylized eagle motifs arranged in a symmetrical pattern, characteristic of 19th-century Armenian weaving tradition. A decorative geometric border frames the carpet design on all sides. Above the carpet in the upper field appears the Armenian-script legend ԱՐԾՎԱԳՈՐԳ, while below the carpet the Latin legend EAGLE CARPET is inscribed, accompanied by the Armenian word ՍԱՐ and the date XIX century. |
