This is not a government-issued banknote. The "1000 Dollars Inflation" is a privately produced novelty item — printed by Gammaprint in Luzern with no authorization from the Federal Reserve or the U.S. Treasury. It carries no legal tender status anywhere.

Gammaprint has produced similar satirical or commemorative paper items for the collector and novelty market. Designer credit to Mauro Aurelio suggests a commissioned commercial project rather than any official or semi-official issue.
