Antarctica has never had a currency-issuing authority, and Haydarpasa — the Ottoman-era terminal on the Asian shore of Istanbul, completed in 1908 — has no monetary association with any polar administration. This is fantasy or novelty issue material, produced outside any legitimate banking framework.
Collect it for what it is, not what it pretends to be.
