Divercity is a Colombian indoor theme park concept built around role-play — children circulate through miniature city environments acting as doctors, pilots, journalists, and bank tellers. The internal currency, the "divi," functions as a closed-loop incentive system: children earn divis by completing jobs and spend them at in-park shops, which makes this note a working economic teaching tool rather than a souvenir or promotional item.
The 1000-divi denomination was the highest in the first issue series, reflecting the park's need to make larger transactions feel meaningful within the play economy. Divercity opened its first location in Bogotá's Centro Comercial Gran Estación in 2006.
