To the right, an eagle in flight is rendered over a pale underprint of a coniferous forest, while allegorical vignettes of ears of wheat, corn, grapevine, and other fruits frame the composition as symbols of abundance. A black oval handstamp reading VERIFICATO (Italian: verified) was applied during the Italian occupation of Montenegro in 1941. |

At centre below the watermark zone, a double-headed white eagle with spread wings carries the Yugoslav royal coat of arms on its breast, surrounded by a guilloche border with vignettes of grapevine, apples, and flowers. |
