备注

Uzbekistan's early post-Soviet emissions were denominated in "sum-coupons" — a transitional currency introduced in November 1993 to replace the Soviet ruble while the permanent sum was being prepared. The coupon series was always intended as temporary, and the notes were withdrawn within months once the official sum launched in July 1994.

The 1000-coupon denomination was among the highest in this short-lived series, reflecting the inflationary pressure Uzbekistan inherited from the collapsing ruble zone. Rapid devaluation made even these higher values effectively small change before the series ended.
