| 备注 |
The Bocskai-korona is a local complementary currency issued by Hajdúsámson Holding Zrt., a municipal holding company in Hajdúsámson, a town in Hajdú-Bihar County in eastern Hungary. These instruments circulate within a defined local exchange network — a model that gained renewed interest across Hungary and Central Europe after the 2008 financial crisis as municipalities experimented with ways to retain spending within local economies.
Self-printed by the issuing company, which is unusual even among complementary currencies. The embossed security element is a modest but deliberate anti-counterfeiting measure for a note that never pretends to be anything other than what it is.
