Descrizione del rovescio	The entire reverse is occupied by a dense block of printed legal text in brown ink on a light guilloche underprint with a central rosette pattern, setting out the full text of the provincial governor's decree authorising the issue of up to three billion Australes in public debt securities. The heading is centred at the top, and seven numbered articles follow in a justified two-column-width format. Diamond-shaped guilloche ornaments appear at left and right margins.
