The Da Afghanistan Bank seal and Dari script inscriptions occupy the centre, with the denomination numeral '1000' and 'AFGHANIS' at lower right. A diagonal overprint reading 'STRATEGIC OPERATIONS / HYPER-REALISTIC TACTICAL TRAINING / THE NEXT GENERATION' is applied in red and blue letterpress across the face. |

Symmetrical rosette medallions flank the composition, with ornate scrollwork borders framing the entire design, the bank title 'Da Afghanistan Bank' lettered in Roman script across the top and '1000 AFGHANIS' at lower right. The 'STRATEGIC OPERATIONS' overprint is again applied diagonally in red and blue letterpress across the reverse. |
