Reverse description The reverse presents stylized conjoined busts of Mieszko I and Dąbrówka facing right in bold, low relief, rendered in a distinctly modernist, almost Art Deco-influenced sculptural style. Mieszko I, depicted with a beard and wearing a diadem, is positioned slightly behind Dąbrówka, whose unadorned head and delicate profile appear in the foreground. The denomination 100 ZŁ is inscribed on a raised rectangular cartouche at the lower center of the field, flanked by the names MIESZKO and DĄBRÓWKA along a curved banner. The word PRÓBA (trial/pattern) appears to the right of the busts, and the engraver's initials W.K. (Wacław Kowalik) are visible below the busts near the lower rim.
