Reverse description Conjoined busts of Duke Mieszko I and Princess Dąbrówka are depicted in high relief, both facing right, each crowned with a jewelled diadem rendered in a monumental, archaic sculptural style. The denomination 100 ZŁ appears in a recessed cartouche at the lower centre between the two names. A curved ribbon-like banner carries the inscriptions MIESZKO to the left and DĄBRÓWKA to the right of the denomination panel. The engraver's initials WK appear below the busts at left, and the word PRÓBA (trial/proof) is inscribed to the right in the field, affirming the pattern status of this strike.
