| 裏面の説明 | Conjoined busts of Mieszko I and Dąbrówka facing one another in three-quarter profile, crowned, rendered in high relief with fine sculptural detail attributable to engraver Józef Gosławski. The denomination STO ZŁOTYCH is inscribed prominently across the upper field, flanked by the numerals 100 on either side in large format. Below the busts, the names MIESZKO and DĄBRÓWKA are separated by a cross, referencing the Christianisation of Poland in 966. The engraver's signature J GOSŁAWSKI and the trial designation PRÓBA appear in the lower field. |
