| Reverse description | A finely detailed, naturalistic portrait of a bull moose (Alces alces) head and neck is rendered in high relief at the centre of the field, facing slightly to the right with broad palmate antlers extending toward the upper rim. The inscription 'OCHRONA ŚRODOWISKA' (Environmental Protection) curves along the lower portion of the coin in bold Latin lettering. The word 'PRÓBA' (Trial/Pattern) appears in smaller lettering near the upper field, above the antlers, identifying this as a trial strike.
