Reverse description The central field features a three-dimensional rendering of the celebrated ancient Chinese bronze artifact known as the Resting Deer, depicted in couchant position with legs folded beneath its body and its head held upright, surmounted by dramatically elongated antlers that rise nearly to the top of the field. The sculptural design is executed with fine detail against a mirror-polished background, creating a pronounced cameo contrast. Flanking the antlers, Chinese inscriptions in archaic-style characters appear on the left and right, indicating the historical date range of the artifact (公元前476—公元前221, referencing the Warring States period). The denomination '100元' is inscribed in bold characters along the lower portion of the field.
