| Obverse description | Portrait of Sun Yat-sen in an intaglio-printed oval medallion at right, set against a light blue guilloche underprint. A large central vignette contains the denomination characters 壹百圓 within an ornate cartouche surrounded by fine lathe-work guilloche patterns in red. Denomination numerals in decorative panels appear at each corner, with the issuer name 行銀央中 across the top and the Republic year inscription along the lower centre. |
