正面描述	Letterpress-printed in brown on cream paper, the obverse carries a central vignette of the Great Wall of China across the right portion of the note, enclosed within an ornate cartouche with scrollwork and floral corner ornaments. The bank title 華中銀行 runs across the upper centre, while the denomination 壹百圓 appears in large characters at centre-left. The Republic of China year date is inscribed along the lower margin.
