Lanklu's Gilead series was produced as collector-grade fantasy currency, not legal tender of any jurisdiction. The polymer substrate and holographic strip mirror the security specifications of contemporary circulating banknotes — a deliberate choice that gives the piece a functional, almost official weight in hand despite its fictional provenance. Whether that design decision adds to its collectibility or complicates its display alongside genuine numismatic material depends entirely on the collector.
