Obverse description Central vignette bearing a portrait of Damdiny Sükhbaatar (February 2, 1893 – February 20, 1923), founding member of the Mongolian People's Party and commander of the partisan forces during the Outer Mongolian Revolution of 1921, accompanied by the National Coat of Arms. Inscriptions in Classical Mongolian script appear throughout, including the issuer name, denomination, and year designation. Guilloche underprint frames the composition.

Reverse description The reverse is composed in Classical Mongolian vertical script, with the central text panel set within an elaborate oval guilloche medallion flanked by two large denomination numerals '100' in each corner. Rosette underprints in pale rose and green tones surround the central text block, which carries the issuer legend and denomination statement. The overall layout is symmetrical, with repeating decorative guilloche borders along the edges.
