| 正面描述 | Central vignette at right presents an oval intaglio view of the Star Mosque (Tara Masjid) in Dhaka, framed by a fine guilloche underprint in blue and rose tones that extends across the face. Bengali inscriptions identify the issuing authority and denomination, with the legend 'এক শত টাকা' (One Hundred Taka) rendered in large letterpress text at centre. Serial number appears twice in green, at upper left and lower right. |

| 备注 |
Bangladesh Bank's 1977 100 Taka series arrived during the government of Ziaur Rahman, who had seized power following the chaotic string of coups and counter-coups that followed Sheikh Mujibur Rahman's assassination in August 1975. The note was issued under conditions of considerable institutional instability — the central bank itself had only been operational since 1972, following the country's liberation from Pakistan.
Pick 24 is sometimes confused with closely adjacent issues in the series; the 1977 date is the distinguishing factor. Watermark security on Bangladeshi notes of this period was relatively rudimentary compared to contemporaneous South Asian issues from India or Pakistan.
