Descrizione del dritto	At centre-left, a vignette of the National Martyrs' Memorial (Jatiyo Sriti Soudho) at Savar, the national monument commemorating those who fell in the 1971 War of Independence. To the right, a vignette of the Sixty Dome Mosque (Shat Gombuj Mosque) in Bagerhat, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the largest surviving mosque of the Bengal Sultanate period, constructed under Ulugh Khan Jahan. Denomination numerals and Bengali-script bank legends appear in the surrounding panels.

Descrizione del rovescio	The central vignette presents the Bangabandhu (Jamuna Multi-purpose) Bridge, which spans the Jamuna River and connects Bhuapur on the east bank to Sirajganj on the west bank, opened in June 1998. The denomination value is rendered in both Bengali script and Roman lettering within the surrounding panel design. The issuer's name appears in both Bengali and English above and below the central bridge vignette.
