| Obverse description | At centre, the Somali coat of arms flanked by the date, rendered in fine detail within the field. The legend SOMALI REPUBLIC arcs along the upper periphery, while the denomination 100 SHILLINGS is inscribed along the lower border. The design follows the standard heraldic convention used on the Somalia African Wildlife bullion series. |

| Additional information |
Somalia's Leopard series has run continuously since 2012, issued under licensing arrangements that route production through European private mints while nominally bearing Somali authority — a common structure for bullion programs originating from jurisdictions with limited domestic minting infrastructure. The series competes directly in the one-ounce silver bullion market alongside the Britannia, Maple Leaf, and Libertad.
KM#464 designates the 2025 iteration. Four-nines silver purity, rather than the more common .999, is the specification that distinguishes this series from several of its competitors.
