| Aversbeschreibung | The Somali national coat of arms occupies the central field, depicting a heraldic shield charged with horizontal lines and a central five-pointed star, supported on either side by standing leopards acting as shield-bearers. A mural crown surmounts the shield, and two crossed palm fronds tied with a ribbon are displayed beneath. The circular legend "SOMALI REPUBLIC" arcs along the upper periphery within a beaded border, while the denomination "100 SHILLINGS" appears along the lower arc. The date "2026" is divided and placed in the lower left and right fields flanking the supporters. |

| Zusätzliche Informationen |
Somalia's Elephant silver bullion series has been issued annually since 2016, positioning itself alongside the more established African Wildlife programs as a collector-focused bullion issue. The Central Bank of Somalia — operating under severely constrained domestic infrastructure — licenses the actual production to European mints, with the Bavarian State Mint in Munich handling striking duties for much of the series. Each year's reverse design changes, driving secondary market demand from type collectors as much as from bullion stackers.
The .9999 fineness specification distinguishes this series from the older .999 standard used by many competitors — a deliberate commercial decision made to differentiate the product in an increasingly crowded sovereign bullion market.
