| Obverse description | Left-facing crowned bust of King David depicted in high relief at center, wearing a leaf-adorned crown and a draped garment with a ribbed collar. A ring of six-pointed stars borders the inner field on both sides of the effigy. The Hebrew legend דוד מלך ישראל (David King of Israel) arcs across the upper field, while the Latin legend DAVID KING OF ISRAEL curves along the lower periphery. A Hebrew date inscription ה'תשכ"ה appears in the lower central field beneath the portrait. |
