| Obverse description | The national coat of arms of the Republic of Seychelles is depicted centrally in the field, supported on either side by two swordfish and surmounted by a Black Parrot crest. The shield bears a scenic depiction of the Seychelles landscape with a tortoise in the base. A ribbon below the shield carries the motto FINIS CORONAT OPUS.
